A Return

A beautiful gesture from a dear friend and now neighbor...

 Quiet solitude enjoyed on a breezy screen porch with plump, red breasted robins singing their happy tune...

And the joys of finding old treasures to fill the empty nooks of our new home...

This past month has been absolutely delightful. The road trip, the move-in and every day after has been such an answer to prayer. Old friends, new friends, thoughtful neighbors, family and neighborhood kitties have all welcomed us with open arms and open doors. 

I am so excited to share our new home with you but hang tight because I want it "just so" before I get out the camera. In the meantime above are a few snapshots I was able to capture during a delicious thunderstorm.

Thank you to all for your well wishes and prayers as we begin this new chapter, it has been nothing short of amazing! Also, thank you to those who have written sweet notes and comments....they are all saved in my inbox and I hope to respond to each and every one of you over the weekend!
