A Creative Space

What I imagined to be a brief interlude in my normal postings turned into a much needed reprieve. I feel as if I am finally coming up for air after a difficult and emotionally draining month. Struggling with chaos, clutter and lack of inspiration I found it fitting to create a space of my own to store my thoughts and treasures. A safe haven where even on the days when I feel like I've failed I can retreat and be reminded of things that bring me joy. Pictures of family, childhood keepsakes, favorite novels, comforting music, scriptures of hope and of course my humble collection of vintage finds.

So I thought I would share my little corner with you so you can see what I have been up to. And may I also say thank you for your patience and kind notes. I am slowly emerging from my daze with new recipes in tow to share with you all...
